Terms and Conditions

Definitions:
'We', 'us', 'the website', 'supplier' means photomouse.co.uk
'Customer', 'client', 'buyer', 'consumer', means the individual or company who purchases a product or service from Photomouse.co.uk.

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which customers can purchase products from Photomouse by placing an order through the website. If the customer is using this service they are deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Photomouse may refuse any order placed by any customer. Images deemed not of a suitable content will not be processed by photomouse.co.uk.

Though we endeavour to keep prices as accurate and up to date as possible sometimes errors do occur. Photomouse.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any order that has been completed for an incorrect amount. The total price of goods and services will be displayed at the checkout prior to confirmation of the order. Goods will not be manufactured until payment has been made in full.

Frame sizes are reasonably accurate but may not be exact. Images will be reproduced exactly as supplied and according to the selected options, though may be subject to careful cropping depending on the frame dimensions selected. We cannot take responsibility for inferior quality images. If your image is of a low quality you will be notified when uploading your image.

We will always try our very best to colour match every photo. Due to the variation in computer screens we cannot be held responsible for exact colour matching requirements. We will not accept returns for colour related issues.

Our canvas upload tool gives a guide to the appearance of the finished product and is not an exact representation of the finished photo canvas.

By supplying us with your photograph, you agree that you have the copyright or licence in the image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will Photomouse.co.uk be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image that is in breach of copyright.

We will deliver your product as quickly as possible we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to the courier company. Please check your delivery prior to signing for it, as we will not be liable for missing or damaged items unless it is brought to the attention of the courier at the time of delivery. Do not sign for the delivery until you are satisfied it is in perfect condition.

Any issues regarding the piece of artwork delivered to you must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. If the Photo Canvas is faulty, you must contact us prior to returning it. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us in the first instance; however this cost may be refunded if the fault is deemed to be that of photomouse.co.uk.

Please note that due to the personalised, bespoke nature of our products the right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to these products. For more information please see section 13 (Exceptions to the right to cancel) in the Consumer Protection act.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your canvas print we will issue a refund for the cost of the canvas. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty. Refunds will only be issued if we receive the canvas within 14 days. It is the customer's responsibility for ensuring the canvas is returned. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
